"At the ICVC we perform HIV-1 viral load and genotyping resistance testing as well as testing for Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C.  We are able to conduct testing for single patient samples, batches of patient samples and research studies"  (see the 'how to request tests' section for further information).

The ICVC was formed in October 2001 to provide a charitable, non-profit making platform to support the needs of patients and carry out translational research in HIV / AIDS and other viral infections.

The ICVC is an independent organisation with charitable trust status, not subject to any external financial, commercial or other pressures, and as such, is able to undertake impartial and confidential collaborative activities.  ICVC is committed to good professional practice and conduct.
